The Customs Authority portal serves two very different audiences — trade professionals and everyday travelers — with one clear frontend. It covers clearance e-services, tariff and regulation lookups, prohibited/restricted goods guidance and traveler allowances. Frontend engineering focused on findability: strong search and category patterns, structured service pages with requirements and steps, data tables tuned for regulation-heavy content, complete Arabic RTL and English delivery, and accessible responsive layouts that work at a port office desk or in an airport queue on a phone.
